Since its beginning in 2001 until today HCC had successfully accomplished numerous medium size construction projects in private and government sectors. So it paved the way for expansion and to move forward for more challenges. With its new Owners and Management Haikaliyah aims to be a leading contracting company in Saudi market which compete for and handle large scale construction projects in buildings, infra-structure, industrial and civil works.
